Here is some discussion between Vikas (W3TS) and Ashish Yadav (Ex-Web Designing Students) who is currently working as Executive Web Designer in Yepme.com . Ashiss Yadav visit W3training School on 05-06-2016 to meet us and share his experience with our new students.

Vikas :Hii Ashish how are you and what’s going on ?
Ashish Yadav:- Hiii Vikas I am fine and everything going well, Currently I am working as a front end designer in Yepme.com at Gurgaon office.
Vikas: How’s your professional life as a web designer going?
Ashish:- It’s wonderful I can’t explain through my words that how wonderful life I am living as a web designer. Actually ,I have never got any issue in my job, as a web designer you always learning new things and I am also doing the same.
Best Part of WebDesigner is you are not limited to just predefine things to create webpages, web layouts and other graphics with your creativity. I am learning a lot of things during my web designing course which are used in my company which work on ecommerce platform.
Vikas:- Great Ashish! Just tell me how you got selected in yepme as a Executive Web Designer ?
Ashish:- During my web designing course at w3training School I have just near to complete my course then suddenly, Neeraj Sir ask me ,”Hey Ashish you wanna job, there is opening for executive position” . Without any delay i said yes sir I want to job in web designing field.
After that I have create my cv with updated details and web designing portfolio and mail to neeraj sir. After half an hour I got a call from Yepme Hr department. I was invited for interview on upcoming Saturday and aster my interview with hr, web designing manager I have selected for the web designing executive position.
Vikas:- Great Ashish! What you want to share anything, which you thing help you to select for this job position.
Ashish:- Yes, Vikas I want to share with all new and old web designing students of w3training school that there was two more important point which help me to stand out on top from the other candidates.
- My Live Work Portfolio:- Yes, During my interview they ask about my projects during my web designing course. When I say please check my portfolio on my own live website, they really impress a lot and ask me what i have do it all yourself.
Then to gain their trust I have access all the things on their front and show all the source code and my uploaded PSD files and source codes. I was selected there when they browse my work, Most of my graphic work was based on ecommerce industry with different web layouts and ecommerce banner design.
- My knowledge about company I am going for interview:- After my introduction and other technical question they ask me about what you know about yepme.com, then I have described in details about their business, Managing director, launching and business position in India. I have also share what types of tasks web designers have perform in eCommerce industry.
Vikas:- At last what you want to say about our Web Designing Course and recommendation for fresher’s to choose as a career in web designing field.
Ashish:- I must say there is no other web designing training institute in Gurgaon or other location of india who have complete training program with live projects and where you learn everything with industry standard. I never feel the change of working process when I was learning here at w3training school and when I am working for my company.
